ADMISSIONS

Cornerstone Elementary/Middle School Program:

Application to the school does not imply admittance to the program. All applications, records, interviews and required testing are reviewed by the admissions committee. If the student has met the admission requirements, the file is complete and space is available, you will be contacted regarding acceptance.

The admissions committee will notify all applicants by mail as well as phone and/or email regarding the decision of acceptance. If a student is accepted, an enrollment packet will be mailed with the notification letter. This will include an enrollment form, tuition payment contract, student profile, tuition preference form, health statement and information regarding required immunizations. A student's name will be placed on a grade level roster only after each of the following is submitted to the school office: all enrollment packet forms, requested health information and the non-refundable $500 enrollment fee. All enrollment fees and paperwork must be received within two weeks of notification of acceptance.

Students applying for grades K - 7 are expected to include the following upon CCA's receipt of the student's application:
     Most recent report card and final report cards from the past two years;
     Copies of scores from past achievement and/or standardized tests;
     Copies of reports from previous special testing for reading, learning, and/or attention difficulties.
